4-H exhibitors place at the Iowa State Fair
Cass County 4-H’ers created some of the 4, 000 items that are displayed in the 4-H Exhibits Building at the Iowa State Fair.
“It is an honor to have an item selected to exhibit at the state fair. 4-H’ers received feedback to learn how well they have met the goals they have set for themselves, and how well they have met the evaluation standards established for that particular item, ” said Mitch Hoyer, program coordinator for Iowa State University Extension 4-H Youth Development. “4-H’ers can evaluate what they have learned and the decisions they have made.”
