Hendrickson/Johnson engagement
Dennis and Melinda Hendrickson of Urbandale, and Alan and Lori Johnson of Atlantic announce the engagement and upcoming wedding of their children Kiersten Elene Hendrickson, and Nicholas Walter Johnson, both of Indianola.
The bride-to-be is a 2002 graduate of Atlantic High School. She received her BM of Music Education from Simpson College in 2006, and is currently teaching music at Irving Elementary School in Indianola. The groom-to-be is a 2003 graduate of Atlantic High School. He received his BS of Architectural Engineering from the University of Kansas in 2008, and is employed as a Project Manager at Downing Construction in Indianola. The couple will be married on Sept. 6 at St. Ambrose Cathedral in Des Moines.
