Dale Carnegie course starts June 27

Published: Thursday, May 31, 2007 5:49 PM CDT
Have you ever wished there was a class that would teach you to create a vision for your life? Be open-minded? Control worry and stress? Strengthen relationships? Become a better listener? That class is called the Dale Carnegie Course and it’s nationally acclaimed for its teaching. A four-session course gets under way in Atlantic on Wednesday, June 27 at the Iowa Western Cass County Center.

Founded in 1912, Dale Carnegie Training has evolved from one man’s belief in the power of self-improvement to a performance-based training company with offices worldwide. It focuses on giving people in business the opportunity to sharpen their skills and improve their performance to build positive, steady, profitable results.

Working directly with companies and individuals, Dale Carnegie Training offers programs tailored to specific client needs and strategies. The focus is on the challenges people and organizations face every day as they implement current business goals and long-range vision.

Dale Carnegie Training has over 4,000 professional instructors in more than 80 countries. And it now boasts 8 million graduates in businesses across most of industry.

Dale Carnegie Training is accredited by the Accrediting Council for continuing Education and Training (ACCET), a voluntary group of educational organizations dedicated to promoting the highest standards of continuing education and training. In addition to the many professional organizations that allow their members to receive continuing education credit for Dale Carnegie Training, the Dale Carnegie programs are also recommended for college credit by the American Council on Education (ACE).

For more information about the Dale Carnegie Training products or services or to find out additional information on the Atlantic course, call the Atlantic Chamber of Commerce at 712-243-3017.
